*Pre-registration is required

A week or so before our Holiday services, we will send you an invitation via email to register for the services you have chosen. Please do not attempt to attend any service without having pre-registered. Please call us if you would like assistance filling out your registration form; we are happy to help you. The office number is 518-438-7858 ext. 112 or 117.

A full schedule of the High Holidays services can be found here.

We are carefully planning to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort and we are also prepared to change our plans should the CDC or local and state guidelines change. Please understand that the COVID situation is unfortunately very fluid and changes may occur up to the date of services. We will keep you informed and appreciate your patience and flexibility if changes become necessary.

To help you decide what feels right for you and your family, here are our COVID protocols for the holidays.

In-Person Protocols:

Everyone over the age of 12 must be fully vaccinated and masked to attend High Holy Day services unless they have a medical exemption. If you are choosing not to be vaccinated we ask that you join us virtually. If you have questions or wish to discuss a medical exemption, please call the office at 518-438-7858 and we would be happy to help you. If you need help providing proof of your vaccination status, New York State has a virtual tool that you can use to print your vaccination record. It is called the Excelsior Pass and can be accessed here.

Reminder: Temple Israel will not be holding any in-person children services.
