Temple Israel sponsors and operates many learning and educational programs and events for children, youths, and adults.

Our renown Early Childhood Center (ECC) features enrichment opportunities for the Wobbler, Toddler, and Pre-K age groups. In addition to our standard Nursery School program, the ECC also offers Hebrew Immersion, early drop off, and late pickup. Please visit our ECC page to catch up on the latest happenings.

For older children, Temple Israel offers a variety of educational programs* for Grade School children and participates in Mifgash, the community Jewish educational program for High School kids.

Temple Israel offers educational programs for adults with programs from weekly Talking Torah on Tuesday mornings after minyan (including a light breakfast), to our evening Jewish Learning Center classes taught by local and guest lecturers from the Capital District and beyond, there's something to stimulate everyone's intellectual and spiritual side.

Throughout the summer our Rabbi runs a Friday Night Fun program before Kabbalat Shabbat services that includes themed activities, snacks, and Rabbi's special libations of the evening.
