DON’T MISS OUT: Temple Israel Scholarship Applications Available
The Temple Israel Scholarship Committee announces that scholarship application forms are available for the 2024-25 academic year and for 2024 study and travel. All those eligible, who are a regular member of Temple Israel in good standing or the child of a regular member in good standing, are invited to apply for:
• A scholarship related to Judaic-themed study/travel in 2024;
• A scholarship for post-secondary education students who are taking a Judaic course and who are (or will be) college/ graduate school students, 25 years of age or younger;
• The Dorothy K. Davis Foundation Scholarship which will be given to one student who is (or will be) enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s Degree program of an accredited college or university;
• The David and Rose Udelson Bray Scholarship for eligible graduate students.
These scholarships are made possible due to the generosity of many past and current Temple Israel members who have established these funds and those who have continued to make contributions. Last year, there were six scholarships awarded.
We also have scholarships available for the Early Childhood Center, Camp Givah and Membership.

THE TEMPLE ISRAEL GRADUATE STUDENT
DAVID AND ROSE UDELSON BRAY SCHOLARSHIP
This scholarship award will be given to students who are enrolled in a graduate degree program at an accredited college or university and are Temple Israel members in good standing or are children of Temple Israel members in good standing. Need may be considered if appropriate.

THE TEMPLE ISRAEL MERIT AWARD FOR THE
DOROTHY K. DAVIS FOUNDATION
This scholarship award will be given to one student, who is a member of Temple Israel in good standing or the child of a member in good standing, and is enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s Degree program of an accredited college or university. Need may be considered if appropriate. Priority may be given to those who have not previously received this scholarship.
